In accordance with the DMCA Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 and the EUCD European Union Copyright Directive of 2006 PreAmp will respond to claims of copyright infringement committed using the PreAmp service that are reported to PreAmp as identified in the sample notice below. Violation of trademark, copyright and other intellectual property laws may result in significant civil liability or criminal penalties under applicable law. Any reproduction or use of content, except as authorised by the owners, shall be considered to be an intentional infringement.
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the PreAmp services (the "Services") by completing the following Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to PreAmp. Upon receipt of Notice as described below, PreAmp will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged use from the Services and/or termination of the PreAmp user's account.

ii)"I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
